House Rules & Important Notes
To help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note:
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book
• No parties or events permitted
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No pets allowed
• No self-tanner allowed inside the home
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary booking guest and all adult guests prior to check-in. Credit card must match renters government photo ID.
• Wi-Fi outages are rare but may occasionally occur due to service provider interruptions along 30A
